Device Information
- Device identifiers for authentication and app functionality
- Device model and operating system version
- App version and usage analytics
Payment Information
- Subscription tier information (Free, Professional, or Business)
- Payment transactions are processed through Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- We do not directly collect or store credit card information

Camera Permission
Our app requests camera permission to allow you to:

You can use ClipNote without granting camera access. The core audio recording and transcription features work independently of camera permissions.

Free Tier Users
- Meetings are stored locally on your device
- Limited to 5 meetings per month
- You control deletion through your device storage
Paid Tier Users (Professional & Business)
- Meetings are stored on secure cloud servers
- Automatic deletion after 90 days from the date of upload
- Faster processing and unlimited meeting storage during the 90-day period
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
- Secure cloud storage with access controls
- Regular security audits and updates
- Restricted access to personal information
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

- AI Processing: Audio/video is processed through third-party AI services for transcription and analysis
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or legal process

- Cloud-stored data is automatically deleted after 90 days

- You can deny camera permissions in your device settings
- You can uninstall the app at any time to stop data collection
Children's Privacy
ClipNote is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

Our app uses the following third-party services:

- Cloud Storage Providers: For paid tier data storage
